Place the cherries in the freezer for at least 2 hours. We prefer to use frozen fruit in our smoothies. It keeps the smoothies cool and fresh. (Use store-bought frozen cherries if you do not have fresh.)
Add all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend until smooth.
