Superfood Breakfast Cereal Bowl with Mixed Berries

Superfood Breakfast Cereal - Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Paleo, Vegan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana (Ripe)
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Raw Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup Dairy-free Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Nut Butter
  • 1-2 Cups Fresh Berries or 1 Cup Frozen Berries Thawed
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Goji Berries or Mulberries, Fresh or Dried (optional)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add cinnamon, hemp seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and raw nuts and stir until well incorporated.
  2. Add your dairy-free milk of choice to the bowl and stir well. See our DIY Oat Milk Recipe here.
  3. Add half of the berries and gently combine.
  4. Top with the nut butter, remaining berries, and optional toppings.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

Superfood Breakfast Cereal Flavor Options

Summer Peach: Use fresh ripe peaches with walnuts. Such a great way to change it up during the summer season.
Fall Apple: Use chopped apples and pecans. This reminds me of apple pie, especially with the cinnamon spice mixed in.
Year-Round Mixed Berry: Use fresh or frozen berries with pecans or walnuts. This is my favorite combination and I make it year-round. I can use fresh berries during berry season and frozen when they aren’t in season.
