Orange Saffron Spice Smoothie Family Tested and Approved!

Saffron paired up with its trusty sidekick turmeric, makes for a middle eastern-inspired spice smoothie. This smoothie is so creamy and delicious. You will be amazed!
- 3 Small/medium or 2 large oranges peeled
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk or dairy-free milk*
- 1/2 Cup whole plain yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen mangos
- 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen peaches
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/16 tsp saffron
- 1/2 inch knob of ginger
- pinch of pepper
Optional Add-Ins: pineapple, lime, lemon, coconut shavings, and cashews.
