Dairy-Free Cashew Cream in Glass Jars

Best Dairy-Free Coffee Creamer - 2 Ingredient Cashew Cream!

Lisa
Cashew cream is so simple and easy to make, as well as healthy, and with only two ingredients! Use the cashew cream as you would any other coffee creamer or blend it in a blender with the coffee. It makes it super creamy with a frothy layer on top. Yum!

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Glass Mason Jar with Lid

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 Cup Filtered Water

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews. ***Prepare the cashews the night before. Measure 1 cup of raw cashews in a bowl and cover with filtered water. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, drain the cashews, rinse, and place them in the blender.
  • Add 1 cup filtered water to the blender and blend until you get a nice smooth consistency. About 2 minutes.
  • Pour into a glass mason jar and cover with the lid.
  • Keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

***Soak the cashews overnight or up to 12 hours to soften them for blending. When I forget to soak them overnight and have a busy morning, I will let them soak at room temperature for around 10-15 minutes while I prepare my coffee and then blend. You can also skip the soaking step altogether and everything will work out fine.
